Self Check-In Kiosk: LOVE IT! Every hotel should have at least one of these. It made checking in and out much speedier than in many other hotels we have stayed at. Also love that it gives you two room cards if desired. Facilities were clean and pleasant. My wife and I both liked the sensor lighting in hallways. Wifi in rooms was mostly very strong and very easy to connect to. I wasn't able to claim it due to only staying overnight, but I loved the idea of a $10 F&B (food and beverage) credit for going without room cleaning and to be more environmentally aware- what a great idea. Loved the fact the curtains blocked out all the sunlight- what a great sleep! A great hotel option for overnight and even better for short trips or weekend stays.

Convenient location for work. Facilities had everything you needed so you don’t need to go anywhere - however there are shops across the road, only a short walk. Breakfast was good, I suggest getting this included - only down side is they don’t have decaf so you need to pay additional at the barista, this I didn’t mind because she does a great job! Staff were friendly and welcoming - they were all really lovely and happy to have a chat rather than feeling like a number in their day. Room was clean, comfortable and well presented. I would absolutely stay again.

Ok, to say I loved this place was an understatement. I travel a fair bit and often hotels have a few let down which is to be expected. But this place was great. I wish this place was centrally located to the city as I would book it every time I come to Melb. The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful even when I needed to extend my stay by an extra night. Room is really clean and modern. Shut out blinds, good heating and cooling. Comfy beds and extra pillows. Great bar area, free parking and across the road from a bunch of food outlets.

We booked Atura as we had to attend a friend's birthday party and needed a place closeby to stay. The staff was friendly, great facilities at the hotel with breakfast buffet, a nice lounge area with plenty of room to move around and a brewery on location. Even if you will be staying a couple of nights or more, you won't feel trapped in your room. It was quiet with great block out curtains for sleep in. We love the breakfast buffet...Delicious. It ticked all the boxes for our stay.

As soon as we pulled up, we noticed there was quite a few places to park. The hill up to the hotel entrance killed me but I'm as unfit as they come. The reception area was well looked after and I'm a bit of an introvert so the fact that they had self check-in kiosks, I was elated. The room itself was quite spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable. The highlight for me were the staff. No matter where we were, they always served with a smile.
